Meet Our Expert Faculty

Maria Tzilli is a fashion and portrait photographer and has been teaching Photography and Film in London-based institutions for the last 11 years. She has a BA in photography and audiovisual arts from ATEI of Athens and an MA in Photographic Studies from the University of Westminster. Maria has worked on a variety of commercial projects including on the production side of the creative process. In her personal practice, she combines portraiture, text and domestic spaces. In 2020, she opened her own studio located in East London which provides production, photography and video services.

Joana Labato has a master’s degree in architecture and more than 10 years of experience in the interior design industry. She runs her own design business, specializing in residential projects. Joana's passion is to combine the technical aspects of interior design with the aesthetic, without compromising on quality.

Catarina Viseu Ferreira has a master’s degree in architecture and a postgraduate qualification in Art studies. She actively collaborates with designers in the industry and has significant experience in residential, commercial and hospitality interior design. Catarina believes that interior design has the power to transform people’s lives.

Yamira Castellano holds a master’s degree in digital and visual media from IE Business School, and a bachelor’s in digital arts and sciences from the University of Florida. With over four years of commercial experience as a freelance Graphic Designer, she collaborates with a diverse range of clients in both private corporate sectors across Europe and the U.S. Yamira specializes in creative visual solutions including marketing collateral, content creation, and product packaging. With a passion for brand aesthetics and innovative design, Yamira consistently pushes the boundaries of creativity to develop the most effective visual strategies.
